To empower young people to build resilience and speak openly about their wellbeing, creating spaces where real conversations thrive and connection is at the heart of everything. To become the leading coach for those navigating ADHD, helping them holistically turn it into their superpower. To inspire people to embrace the power of cold water therapy and breathwork, unlocking the strength within their mind and body through breath, discipline, and self discovery.

The Mission | Rob Brady

To help at least one person a day build resilience, embrace their true selves, and find strength in both their minds and bodies. Through honest conversations, practical tools, and deep connection, I guide the next generation people to open up about their wellbeing, support individuals with ADHD to turn their challenges into strengths, and introduce others to the transformative power of cold water therapy and breathwork. My mission is to create lasting change, one step, one breath, and one conversation at a time.

Core Values

  • Embracing challenges, pushing beyond limits, and developing the mental and physical strength to thrive in any situation.

  • Staying true to yourself and encouraging others to do the same, creating honest conversations and genuine personal growth.

  • Creating meaningful relationships, coaching a sense of belonging, and building supportive communities that inspire growth and shared experiences.

My Story

As a child, I was always the odd one out. The one who talked too much, asked too many questions, and never quite seemed to fit in. I was full of energy, ideas, and a relentless need to keep moving, talking, and doing. But while I was bouncing from one thought to the next, the world around me struggled to keep up, or maybe I struggled to slow down.

The teenage years weren’t much different. I was still the person people couldn’t quite figure out, the one who seemed to operate on a different wavelength. No matter how hard I tried to fit in, something always felt off. I didn’t just experience life, I felt it at full volume, all the time. And yet, I couldn’t understand why. My mind raced at a million miles an hour, I constantly chased new experiences (where good or bad), and I was always searching for something but never quite sure what.

As I stepped into adulthood, the feedback became louder. "You don’t think like others," they’d say. "You’re intense." I started to believe it. I felt lost, with no real direction or understanding of why I was wired this way. I jumped from one thing to the next, addicted to the thrill of the chase, new ideas, new challenges, new ways to get that hit of dopamine I craved. Whether it was a new business idea, or the next big goal, I was always chasing, never arriving. Sleep was a battle, diet was chaotic, alcohol was medication and burnout became a familiar place.

Then I discovered I had ADHD. And suddenly, everything changed.

For the first time, things made sense, the impulsivity, the hyperfocus, the restless nights, the struggle with structure. But more than just an explanation, it gave me a new perspective. I realised ADHD wasn’t just something to manage; it was something to embrace. I began to see it as my superpower, the driving force behind my creativity, my energy, and my resilience.

But with every superpower, there’s kryptonite.

Without the right systems, I was constantly on the edge of burnout. ADHD gave me the ability to hyperfocus and push limits, but without the right balance, it could just as easily drain me. I had to learn how to channel it, how to create structure without losing creativity, how to chase big goals without losing myself.

Today, that journey has become my purpose.

I’m a qualified life and business coach thorough the Association of Coaching, a father to twins, and the host of multiple number one podcasts in twin parenting and real estate entrepreneurship. I’m also qualified in breathwork and cold water therapy, and a Chartered Manager in Coaching and Mentoring. I’ve taken my lived experiences to the TEDx stage, schools, and conferences, speaking about mental wellbeing from a holistic and deeply emotional perspective. I’ve run marathons and ultra-marathons to raise awareness and funds for mental health services, pushing my limits to inspire others to do the same.

But my mission is simple… to help one person a day.

Through holistic approaches, whether it’s coaching, breathwork, or cold water therapy, I focus on guiding people to take that step forward, rather than stepping back. Coaching, to me, isn’t about looking at what’s behind; it’s about moving towards what’s possible. It’s about finding the tools, the mindset, and the belief to thrive without burning out.

If my story resonates with you, just know, you’re not alone. And there’s always a way forward.
